The anesthesiologist just took Elijah into surgery. Once they are able to find his veins (it's usually pretty hard to find one on him) for an IV, the surgery should only take about 45 minutes. If things go well, a ventilator will not even be necessary, which would be great.
We are praying for something simple!!
