Did you know that it is officially Congenital Heart Disease Awareness week? In an attempt to raise awareness, a fellow heart mom has conducted interviews and is posting a heart story for each day of the week leading up to February 14th.

Loved reading your story! Your family is beautiful and after reading your interview on Stef's blog, I feel like we could totally be friends. :) We seem a lot alike! I think my Field and your Sam are just about the same age although Sam looks to be a much better eater than Field. Lucky you! :) great to meet your sweet family!
