Yesterday Dan and I joined some good friends of ours, Mike and Julie, in plunging into the freezing cold lake to support a good cause, the Special Olympics of Minnesota. It was something we will never forget. Brrr! The pain only lasted a few seconds.

That is awesome. We have the Polar Bear plunge into the Ohio River here in Louisville. It is dang cold... they have hot tubs for you to jump in as soon as you get out. Crazy cold.
You are very brave to take a dip in that icy water.
I hope Elijah improves his temper soon because he is such a cute little boy.
