HOw gorgeous was that slideshow!! Funny as I looked at each photo iwas thinking..oh eli's kissy kissy face... then oh yes.. his belly button fetish... etc etc... I feel so close to Eli.. I have shown him off to my sister and my mother when they come over... and talked about his life as if he was closer to me than he really is.. You have all touched so many of our lives... So emotional for me to watch. I could see Elijah's face change and grow through the slide show. It has been quite a year for the Portas! Happy New Year!
Not to worry my friend!!! Gracie has to have oxygen while we are in the air because she is still cyanotic. The highest she ever sats is about 85. The oxygen will just keep her around her normal level.
E probably won't have to use oxygen to travel because his sats aren't that low.

What a darling little boy Elijah is with the largest eyes of any little guy I know! What a year you've had, but I know your determination. Keeping you in our prayers. OK so I finally get around to checking out your blog and I find this amazing slide show and now I am crying!!!!!! You guys are truly amazing and Eli is one special guy. He's gone through so much and I swear it's the optimism and positive attitude of you and Dan that has made him as strong as he is today. I miss you guys and hope to see you this summer at the DZ or maybe at our place - you can come by whenever you feel like taking a drive out to the country. Luv Ya Debs xxxx

Oh, what a great slideshow! It is amazing to see how much Elijah has grown and changed this year.
I think my favorite photo is the one where he is wearing the tie-dyed onesie and being tickled.
