As a special event, and because Dan is fun, he grew out both his hair and his beard (referred to respectively as Hair and Beard) for a few months. The longer it got, the more I wished it gone. I'm all for my husband having a little fun, but I started to miss that wonderful face of his!
The hair left in stages. First Hair was cut.
Then Beard was shaved.
Then Dan got sad.
But look at this handsome man!! Oh how I have missed groomed Dan.

Emma was like, "he looks so much younger without that hair" and I was like...wow, MUCH was hiding under there! Mountain Man Dan...gone for now... ;0)

Okay, you have to let us in on the secret fertilizer that Dan used to help Hair & Beard in the growing process... geesh! I'd love to grow my hair that fast!
I have to agree, though, that he does look quite a bit younger without Hair & Beard;0)
BTW - what happened to the eye? Did Dan, Hair & Beard have a fight during the removal process? Just wondering...;0)
The eye was a result of some tackle snow football...the other guy looks much worse!!!
